This comfortable 2 bedroom apartment has wonderful sea-views from the main bedroom and lounge/dining room, which lead onto a balcony over-looking the waves. The balcony is just made to sit and relax, and watch the world go by.
The unit offers DSTV and ceiling fans, NO air-con and is situated on the 4th floor. The main bedroom has an en-suite with a bath and the 2nd bedroom has two single beds and the small ensuite bathroom is a toilet and shower in one.
The unit is serviced daily other than Sundays and Public Holidays. There is no lift in the building, and the easiest access to the beach would be one flight of stairs down to the open bay parking which is behind a gate, and walk along the pathway. There is a small garage, not suitable for an SUV.

A refundable security / damage fee of R2000 which is not included, will need to be paid via EFT, 7 days before your arrival and is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
