This apartment is modern, comfortable and offers so much.  The stunning sea-views from the main bedroom and open plan lounge/dining room are amazing.  They all open onto a large balcony which is perfect to sit and enjoy the ocean views.  You will want to capture the perfect sunrise coming up over the horizon, or maybe sit with a glass of wine.

The apartment offers air-conditioning, full DSTV and free Wi-Fi. A full inverter is installed to power up the necessary items during a power outage.

The main bedroom (air-con & ceiling fan) has an en-suite with bath and toilet and the 2^nd bedroom (air-con with 2 single beds) shares the guest shower and toilet.

There is no lift in the building, the apartment is one flight of stairs up from the open bay parking.  Easiest access to the beach is on the road level and down the pathway.  The apartment is situated on the 4th floor, 4 flights of stairs down to the beach gate.  Preferred options would be to go down one flight of stairs to road level, out the gate and down the pathway.

The unit is serviced daily other than Sundays and Public Holidays.  Open bay parking is behind a gate, and there are garages for small cars, not suitable for an SUV type vehicle.

• A non-refundable booking fee of R550 will be automatically added to your invoice upon confirmation of the reservation.

• A refundable security / damage fee of R2000 which is not included, will need to be paid via EFT, 7 days before your arrival and is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
