A beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at beach level (ground floor).

Open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge (with aircon & ceiling fan) all open onto the patio and lawn with lovely sea-views.

The main bedroom also opens onto the patio, has aircon & ceiling fan.  The en-suite bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The 2^nd bedroom has 2 single beds with aircon and has an open plan bath / toilet.

The apartment is air-conditioned, has full DSTV and free Wi-Fi.  There is a washing machine & dishwasher in the apartment.  There is a skottle braai on the patio, with a shared charcoal braai in the garden area which is shared with the other 2 apartments on ground level.

The unit is serviced daily other than Sundays and Public Holidays.  One dedicated ‘small car’ garage. Walk down 3 flights of stairs (no lift in the building) and enjoy the sound of the ocean from inside your apartment.

An inverter is installed to power some basics during a power outage.

• A non-refundable booking fee of R550 will be automatically added to your invoice upon confirmation of the reservation.

• A refundable security / damage fee of R2000 which is not included, will need to be paid via EFT, 7 days before your arrival and is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
