This apartment is situated on the 8th floor of this beachfront complex with breathtaking 180-degree sea views. It  offers  magnificent views from the main bedroom and living area. The sunrises over the sea are absolutely awesome.

Consisting of 3-bedrooms & 2-bathrooms with ceiling fans only.  The main bedroom has a king size bed, sliding doors opening out to a stand on balcony, with stunning sea views.  The ensuite bathroom has a walk in shower. The 2nd & 3rd bedroom have 2 single beds in each room and share a bathroom (bath with overhead shower).

There is an open plan lounge/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen. An inverter is installed to power some basics during a power outage.  Free WIFI, DStv & secure uncover parking in the complex.

The complex has good security & a lovely pool area with sea views.
