Park your car, walk down the stairs into this lovely bright ground floor apartment which opens up to the garden, promenade and beach.  There is nothing closer to the sand and water!

Enjoy the patio while relaxing to the sound and sight of waves on your doorstep.

The main bedroom which also opens onto the garden has an en-suite with bath and toilet.  The 2^nd bedroom has 2 single beds, 2nd bathroom has a shower & toilet (not en-suite).  The lounge, dining room and kitchen are open plan.

The apartment is air-conditioned, has full DSTV and free Wi-Fi. Braai on the patio. An inverter is installed to power the basics during a power outage.

Small car garage/ parking available & 2 flights of stairs to the apartment, which is then beach level.

There is one garage parking & limited open bay parking on the premises. The garage is small and will not be suitable for an SUV or similar. Open bay parking is behind a gate and there is security between 18.00hr and 06.00hr daily.

The unit is serviced daily other than Sundays and Public Holidays.

• A non-refundable booking fee of R550 will be automatically added to your invoice upon confirmation of the reservation.

• A refundable security / damage fee of R2000 which is not included, will need to be paid via EFT, 7 days before your arrival and is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
