This  apartment is on the 1st floor and has gorgeous sea-views from the open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge & has aircon.

The main bedroom also opens onto the large balcony with the same beautiful views.  There is aircon & a ceiling fan in the main room.  The en-suite bathroom has a bath and toilet.  The  2^nd bedroom has 2 single beds with aircon and a guest shower and toilet.

The apartment is air-conditioned, has full DSTV, free Wi-Fi & gas braai on the balcony.  The apartment also has a washing machine & an inverter is installed to power some basics during a power outage.

The unit is serviced daily other than Sundays and Public Holidays.  Open bay parking is behind a gate, and there is a garage for small vehicles at the first gate entrance.  There is no lift in the building, from the open bay parking/road level there are 2 flights of stairs down to the apartment and 1 flight of stairs to beach gate access.
