This lovely 3 bedroom duplex has stunning views.  Fully air-conditioned and gorgeous sea-views from the main bedroom which has an en-suite bath, shower and toilet.  The 2^nd and 3^rd bedrooms open onto a grassed area and they share a guest shower and toilet.  The open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge are upstairs and all have amazing views of the ocean.

Off the balcony are spiral stairs up to the swimming pool, which has a braai and sheltered area.  This pool is shared with the duplex next door.  The apartment is on the 6th floor, there is a lift in the building that has exclusive use to the top 2 apartments.

This apartment offers full DSTV, and air-conditioning and is serviced daily other than Sundays and Public Holidays. An inverter is installed to power some basics during a power outage.

Under cover parking is behind a gate and there is security between 18.00hr and 06.00hr daily.  The carport parking is on the road level (3rd floor) & the beach access gate is on the 2nd floor.

• A non-refundable booking fee of R550 will be automatically added to your invoice upon confirmation of the reservation.

• A refundable security / damage fee of R2000 which is not included, will need to be paid via EFT, 7 days before your arrival and is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
