A duplex apartment, right on the beach with amazing views & situated on the 6th floor.  When you open the front door, all three bedrooms and both bathrooms are on this level.  The 1^st and 2^nd bedrooms open onto a side balcony with sea views.  These 2 bedrooms have the use of a bath and toilet.  The main bedroom has amazing sea views from the large window and has an en-suite with bath and toilet, also with sea views being open plan!

Upstairs is the kitchen, dining room and lounge with magnificent views from all windows.  Off the balcony are spiral stairs up to the swimming pool, which has a braai and sheltered area.  This pool is shared with the duplex next door.

The apartment offers full DSTV, and air-conditioning and is serviced daily other than Sundays and Public Holidays.  There is a lift in the building and operates directly to the level of the apartment.  The beach gate access is on the 2nd floor.

An inverter is installed to power some basics during a power outage.

Under cover parking is behind a gate and there is security between 18.00hr and 06.00hr daily.

Sit and relax while you enjoy sundowners watching the waves.

• A non-refundable booking fee of R550 will be automatically added to your invoice upon confirmation of the reservation.

• A refundable security / damage fee of R2000 which is not included, will need to be paid via EFT, 7 days before your arrival and is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
