Beach front apartment, along the popular promenade, the sand and surf are all right in front of you.

There is an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge leading onto the large balcony,  you can sit and take in the ocean views. This area has aircon & a ceiling fan and there is a gas braai on the balcony.

The main bedroom (aircon & ceiling fan) opens onto the balcony with lovely sea views.  The en-suite is open plan and has a ball & claw bathtub.

Second bedroom (2 single beds), is also open plan and has aircon & a ceiling fan with en-suite shower and toilet.

The apartment is air-conditioned and has full DSTV.  Situated on the 2nd floor, no lift in the building.  Two flights of stairs down to the apartment from open bay parking level (2nd gate entrance) and 2 flights of stairs down to the beach gate (ground floor).

The unit is serviced daily other than Sundays and Public Holidays.  Open bay parking is behind a gate (limited and on a first come basis), the parking is located at the 2nd entrance gate of the building.

• A non-refundable booking fee of R550 will be automatically added to your invoice upon confirmation of the reservation.

• A refundable security / damage fee of R2000 which is not included, will need to be paid via EFT, 7 days before your arrival and is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
