This is one of the most charming apartments and it is easy to see why it is so popular.  Attention to detail is the motto.

An inverter is installed to power some basic essentials during an unexpected power outage.

The lounge/dining room and main bedroom all open directly onto the large balcony.  The sea-views are quite amazing.  Kick off your shoes, grab a book and a glass of wine and just relax.

This unit offers air-conditioning, full DSTV and free Wi-Fi.  The main bedroom (air-con & ceiling fan) has an en-suite with bath and toilet and the 2^nd bedroom (air-con & ceiling fan & 2 single beds) with an-suite shower and toilet.  The living area has 2 ceiling fans.  There is a washing machine in the apartment.

The unit is serviced daily other than Sundays and Public Holidays.  The apartment is situated on the 4th floor, one level down to the open bay parking which is behind a gate, and there is small garage parking, not suitable for an SIU only small vehicles.  There is no lift in the building.  Easiest access to the beach would be one level down to road/open bay parking, out the gate and walk along the pathway.  Otherwise it is 4 flights of stairs down to the beach access gate.

All sporting facilities and shopping malls are minutes away.  Umhlanga also offers a variety of delightful restaurants.  Come into the village in the evening and feel the friendly vibe.

• A non-refundable booking fee of R550 will be automatically added to your invoice upon confirmation of the reservation.

• A refundable security / damage fee of R2000 which is not included, will need to be paid via EFT, 7 days before your arrival and is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
