This modern air-conditioned apartment has it all.  The main bedroom, along with the open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge leading onto the large balcony.  The balcony is the place to sit and watch the world go by.  Have your early morning coffee, watch the sun rise or enjoy a sundowner.

Maybe you just want to relax and read a book, the choice is yours.  The beautiful sea-views are there to stay!

This unit offers full DSTV and free Wi-Fi.  The main bedroom has an en-suite with bath and toilet and the 2^nd bedroom (2 single beds) shares the guest shower and toilet.  Situated on the same level as the open bay/road level, there is a washing machine & tumble dryer & dishwasher with a gas braai on the balcony.

The unit is serviced daily other than Sundays and Public Holidays.  Open bay parking is behind a gate, and there is small garage parking, not suitable for an SUV.

An inverter is installed to power some basics during a power outage.

• A non-refundable booking fee of R600 will be automatically added to your invoice upon confirmation of the reservation.

• A refundable security / damage fee of R2000 which is not included, will need to be paid via EFT, 7 days before your arrival and is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
