A very popular 2 bedroom apartment right on the water’s edge.  The open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge (ceiling fans)  and main bedroom all open onto the large balcony which has a gas braai.  The views are incredible from all these rooms.

Whales and dolphins have been seen from the balcony and they are beautiful to watch, so come and enjoy!

The main bedroom has  aircon with an en-suite bathroom which has a bath and toilet.  The 2^nd bedroom (2 single beds) shares the guest shower and toilet.

There is a DStv box, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi & washing machine.

Easy access to this apartment from your open bay/road level.  Small garage parking at the 1st entrance gate of the building.  The easiest access to the beach is from the road level and take the path which is next to the building, leading down to the promenade.  Alternatively, walk down 3 flights of stairs to the beach gate access, there is no lift in the building.

The unit is serviced daily other than Sundays and Public Holidays.

• A non-refundable booking fee of R600 will be automatically added to your invoice upon confirmation of the reservation.

• A refundable security / damage fee of R2000 which is not included, will need to be paid via EFT, 7 days before your arrival and is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
