This comfortable apartment ticks all the right boxes.  Amazing sea-views from the open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge, which opens onto a large balcony.  The main bedroom also opens onto the balcony.

Whether you want to have early morning coffee in bed, or watch the sun-rise from the balcony, or an early sundowner, it is yours for the choosing.

The main bedroom (ceiling fan) has an en-suite with bath and toilet and the 2^nd bedroom (2 single beds, ceiling fan) shares the guest shower and toilet.

Situated on the 2nd floor, no lift in the building – 1 flight of stairs down to the apartment and 2 flights of stairs down to the beach access gate.

Gas braai on the balcony. The apartment has full DSTV, free Wi-Fi and ceiling fans (not in lounge area).  An inverter is installed to power some basics during a power outage.

The unit is serviced daily other than Sundays and Public Holidays.  Open bay parking is behind a gate, and there is a garage for a small vehicle (1st gate entrance) & limited open bay parking (2nd gate/road level) on a first come basis.

• A non-refundable booking fee of R600 will be automatically added to your invoice upon confirmation of the reservation.

• A refundable security / damage fee of R2000 which is not included, will need to be paid via EFT, 7 days before your arrival and is refunded within 7 days of your departure.

Walk along the popular promenade and enjoy Umhlanga.
