A wonderful, home away from home, ground floor fully self catering apartment with free Wi-Fi. Your own log in details are required to watch TV/Netflix – the apartment has a smart TV.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a lovely open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen leading out to the patio which overlook the swimming pool. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a shower and the 2nd bedroom (2 single beds) has a bath.
There is aircon in both bedrooms and main living area. Carport parking for one vehicle in the complex with ample visitors parking. Pool and braai facilities in the complex. Literally a 5 minute walk to the Oceans Mall and 500m from the Umhlanga Village and main Beach. The complex has a laundromat and has 24hr security.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, one level down from carport parking, there is NO lift in the building.

A refundable security / damage fee of R2000 which is not included, will need to be paid via EFT, 7 days before your arrival and is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
