A stunning 3 bedroom penthouse apartment with 180 degree oceans views, in Umhlanga and right on the beach. The wrap around balcony on the main living area has 180 degrees ocean views.

The kitchen is ready for all your self catering needs including an Air Fryer for easy cooking.  This apartment comes with  a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The Tv is a smart tv and DSTV included. (pls remember your Netflix login details) – Wi-Fi is uncapped & free.

Wake up in the main bedroom to the sun coming up over the Indian Ocean. The main bedroom has an aircon, en-suite bath and shower. The 2nd bedroom with ocean views, aircon and an ensuite with a shower. The 3rd bedroom is ensuite with a shower.

Next level up is our braai with gorgeous views over Bronze Beach.
At the top is our private pool.

The apartment is situated on the 6th floor, no lift in the building.  There is one garage parking on the same level as the road/open bay parking.  From this level you will go up 3 flights of stairs to the apartment.  The easiest way to the beach is from the road level, and down the pathway.  There is a gate with beach access.

An inverter is installed to power some basics during a power outage.

• A non-refundable booking fee of R550 will be automatically added to your invoice upon confirmation of the reservation.

• A refundable security / damage fee of R2000 which is not included, will need to be paid via EFT, 7 days before your arrival and is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
