On the Promenade, an ENTIRE comfortably furnished, fully Airconditioned, self-catering BEACH FRONT Apartment with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms (1 of which is en-suite), situated in a secure and popular complex building. This front row apartment’s open concept living areas will consume guests with its awe-inspiring ocean views.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony with stunning ocean views. Additionally, the complex features a swimming pool, providing the perfect spot for a refreshing dip or lounging by the water.
Other things to note
Self-Catering Convenience:
While the apartment is self-catering (not a serviced apartment), guests will be provided with dishwashing liquid, a lined kitchen bin and two unused rolls of toilet paper per bathroom to get you started.
There is half a flight of stairs (5 steps) down to the apartments front door.
Our Country has an energy crisis and experiences “Load-Shedding” (Electricity Disruption). We are unable to provide any electricity during these load-shedding times and kindly request you download an app such as ESP (Eskom se Push) to view the schedule. To add the area for Umhlanga Rocks, simply search for “Umhlanga Rocks (9A) “.
We are Serious about our Impact and Consumption on the Electricity Grid, and therefore ask that you are as Mindful.
The Apartment Complex is manned at night by on-site security guards who patrol the area

A non-refundable booking fee of R600 will be automatically added to your invoice upon confirmation of the reservation.

A refundable security / damage fee of R2000 which is not included, will need to be paid via EFT, 7 days before your arrival and is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
