This is one of the very few beautiful one bedroom apartments on the beach front.

A lovely modern air-conditioned unit with a large balcony and breath-taking sea views.  There is an en-suite bathroom, with shower only. Open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen (featuring an Air Fryer for quick and easy cooking).

This apartment offers full DSTV and is serviced daily other than Sundays and Public Holidays.

An inverter is installed to power some basics during a power outage.

Open bay parking is behind a gate and there is security between 18.00hr and 06.00hr daily.  There is garage parking in the complex.  The apartment is on the 5th floor (no lift in the building), 3 flights of stairs down to garage parking & beach gate access, 2 flights of stairs to the road level.

• A non-refundable booking fee of R550 will be automatically added to your invoice upon confirmation of the reservation.

• A refundable security / damage fee of R2000 which is not included, will need to be paid via EFT, 7 days before your arrival and is refunded within 7 days of your departure.
